But not at our house. We have another eight to ten weeks to wait - oh my! possibly as little as six weeks? I had better get busy!
However, Nurturing Mommy is currently at the hospital, and hopefully she's already moved on to pushing her third Little One out! If you think of it, pray for her to have an easy time of it and complete healthy for mommy and baby - and an easy and very productive breastfeeding experience.
Later that day.... The new baby has safely and healthily arrived. He is a boy - 7#8oz, 19 in. long, and C.U.T.E. NM is doing great, and the delivery went quickly (almost too quickly - the OB almost didn't get there) and was as easy as they get.

Oh that's exciting! I hope everything goes well for her. I wish you could come for coffee, it would be so much fun and the best part --- it's decaf~ It's always decaf around here.
About the beach - I've lived here so long that I've forgotten what it's like to be landlocked. I take the ocean for granted. It's a two minute drive from my house to a sandy shallow beautiful beach. Of course it's got nothing on the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Maybe Boomama can pack us in her bags? I'll bring the coffee ;-)
Congrats to NM!! How fun - and what a small little baby! - I mean compared to our bowling balls. ;-)
I love the ocean but where I am it can be cold even in the summer. That didn't phase me as a child, but now...plus anything involving me in a bathing suit doesn't get me too excited. Congrats to your friend and thanks for visiting my blog on my first day! I had actually just baked a batch of whole wheat choc chip cookies that turned out yummy. I will post the recipe.
Just thought I'd stop by and say hello.
Hope all is well.
Stacy
